About Jen
Jen started her career in commercial real estate where she enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years. In 2018, Jen decided to make a change and focus on residential real estate. The personal connections she experiences on the residential side of real estate are so rewarding, she enjoys helping her clients with their biggest financial decision. She is able to advice and guide them through the complex process of buying and selling with her background in customer service, sales, and contract negotiations, making her an asset to her clients throughout the process.
Jen is a graduate of Amelia High School and Northern Kentucky University. Jen and her husband Bruce, have three children and are residents of Milford. In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time traveling, reading, cooking, and volunteering within her community.

- Real Estate professional with 25+ years of experience; I started working in commercial real estate in 1996 and had a very fulfilling and satisfying career with a real estate developer; I decided to make a change in 2018 and focus on residential. I love the personal relationships that are involved with helping people buy/sell their homes.
- Experienced in new construction, representing Somerset Custom Homes at Villas of Cherry Grove in Clermont County.
- Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, market research, and analysis.
- Advise prospective clients on current market activities/conditions.
- Successfully manage all aspects of the home buying/selling process, from contract to sale closure.
- Work diligently within time constraints to always meet or exceed customer expectations.
